My vision of authentic Mediterranean food is now reality.

The store's brightly coloured walls - two are the colour of Pimentón - the red gold from Spain , are the vehicle for showcasing the marvellously prepared foods within. The store is a combination of a fine prepared food store and a gourmet retail, where the chefs find their inspiration from the many countriessurrounding the Mediterranean shores and in particular, Spain. We cook "real" slow-food. Food for people, perhaps in a hurry, but whom, none-the-less, hunger for the unmistakable taste and satisfaction of home-cooked food, lovingly prepared.

We have many moveable feasts to delight busy people:

• Let us cater so you can spend more time with guests or clients.
• Our  picnic hampers let you get away sooner.
• Take-away meals and munchies tame the movie-night growlies.
• Earn brownie-points, having lunches at work.
• Enjoy learning new recipes and techniques in our classes .
