El Almendro Turrón - Almond based sweets 
Turrón is a very old, traditional Spanish sweet of Moorish (Arabic)
origin. There are two traditional basic types of turrón. Soft Jijona or turrón
blando, which is so smooth it has the consistency of peanut butter and hard Alicante
or turrón duro, which is like a thick almond nougat candy, similar to peanut brittle.

Sweet Olive Oil Tortas are light, crispy and flaky Sevillian biscuits. It is a Spanish creation with more than 100 years of tradition behind it.
The first torta was made in Seville, the capital of Andalusia.
The main ingredients are wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, almonds, sesame seeds, anise seeds and anise flavor.
Because extra virgin olive oil is used instead of other oils, it is a healthy alternative to other pastries

Goat Milk Cheeses
Cabra al Pimentón
This lightly aged goats' milk cheese is lightly coated with Spanish paprika for an
added kick! Slightly tangy with subtle earthy notes, it is an excellent match with
Rioja wine.
Sheep Milk Cheeses
Manchego (6-months, 12-months & 15-months) 
Manchego, made with 100% manchega ewes milk, is an aged cheese. It can be found semi-cured to cured. It is made primarily in La Mancha. It is one of the most well known cheeses of Spain. It has been protected by its DOC appellation (Denomination of Origin and Quality) since 1984. Manchego cheese is sliced and served up as a Tapa, it is sometimes paired with membrillo or quince paste.
Idiazabal
This cheese is made with 100% unpasteurized latxa ewes milk. This smokey cheese originated in the Goierri valley of the Basque region of Spain. It is aged from semi-cured to cured and solely made from raw sheep's milk. Idiazabal is a robust and sharp cheese.
Idiazabal is matched with barbequed or grilled meats, melted on hamburgers, eaten in salads. It can always be served with bread or crackers. It is best matched with a full-bodied wine.
Etorki (Basque) 
is a cheese made in the Basque country. It is made from pasteurized sheep milk and pulp pressed, not cooked, then matured for seven weeks. For those allergic to cow's milk, Etorki can be substituted for Gouda or Cheddar when cooking with cheese.
Cow Milk Cheeses
Mahón
Mahon is located in Menorca, Spain. It is made from raw or pasteurized cow's milk. The rind is rubbed with either oil or paprika, and the cheese itself is compact and crumbles as it ages. Its creamy texture makes it an ideal topping for pasta, potato, rice, and vegetable dishes. It is traditionally served as an appetizer with olive oil and rosemary.
Charcuterie
Fermin Serrano ham
Canada’s only 24 month dry cured Serrano ham from pigs raised and cured in Spain.
This wonderfully artisanal product is sweeter and less salty than any other cured ham.
Fermin Chorizo Ibérico
This chorizo is made from the famous black Ibérico pig unique to Spain.
There is an intense aroma present from the moment the
chorizo is cut into thin slices, which anticipates the
intensity and balance that it brings to the palate. It has a
rich flavour which comes from the combination of pimentón and
garlic in the perfect proportion.
Fermin Salchichón Ibérico
This Salchichón is also made from the famous black Ibérico pig.
Balance is the dominant note in this product. There is a subtle combination between black pepper
and garlic. A perfect mixture to bring smoothness, flavour
and aroma to the senses.
Palacios Spanish Chorizo
Palacio’s chorizo is 100%
natural, with no colouring or preserving agents. Available in Mild or Spicy.
Sopressata Calabrese 
A traditional recipe from Calabria made with pork, garlic, spices and a bit of pepper
for added zing!
Bresaola
Bresaola is air-dried salted beef that has been aged about 2-3 months until it becomes hard and a dark red, almost purple colour. It is made from eye of round and is lean and tender with a sweet, musty smell. It originated in Valtellina, a valley in the Alps of northern Italy's Lombardy region.
